Investment Management Company Increases its Share of the Pet Food Market

Berwind Corporation, owner of Elmer's glue and other companies, acquired Eagle Pack Pet Foods in 2007 and is now the buyer of Wellness/Old Mother Hubbard pet foods in a $400 million deal.

I wonder what changes, if any, the investment conglomerate will make to its pet food companies. And if changes are made, will customers be informed?
